Dispatch

We aim for same-day dispatch after payment clears, subject to availability and any necessary order checks. We do not publish a fixed same-day cut-off time. We will contact you if a material dispatch delay affects your order.

UK delivery

UK orders are offered with next-day UK delivery where that service is available at checkout. Tracking is provided where the selected service supports it. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

International delivery

International shipping is available. Estimated international delivery is 7-28 calendar days from ordering, including the dispatch period. Available destinations and delivery services depend on the options offered at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about delivery to your country.

International delivery may be affected by customs checks and local carrier arrangements. Customers should check applicable import requirements before ordering. Contact us for clarification about any destination-specific charges before placing an order.

Charges and tracking

Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout. Tracking information is supplied where available. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. This does not remove your statutory delivery rights.

Delayed or missing orders

If an order has not arrived within the expected period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods generally remains with us until you or your nominated recipient receives them, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Dispatch alone does not end our responsibility.

Delivery details

Check your delivery address carefully and notify us promptly of errors. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any additional delivery cost will be explained and agreed where appropriate.
