Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges. For product issues, email support@ukpeptidesupplies.com with your order number and a description of your request.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact UK Peptide Supplies as soon as reasonably possible if goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. Reporting visible delivery damage within 48 hours helps us investigate, but this is a request and does not remove your statutory rights. Photographs of the item and packaging are helpful where available. Do not use an affected product while we investigate.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Where a return is necessary because we supplied faulty or incorrect goods, we will arrange or cover reasonable return costs. Your rights are not restricted because a fault becomes apparent after 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without a fee. Statutory rights take priority over this policy, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

International customers

Mandatory rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected. Contact us before returning goods internationally so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
