These terms apply to purchases from UK Peptide Supplies at ukpeptidesupplies.com and use of our website. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean UK Peptide Supplies. Contact support@ukpeptidesupplies.com with questions about an order or these terms.

Research materials and eligibility

Our research materials are supplied for lawful laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are not supplied for human or animal consumption or administration, or to diagnose, treat or prevent disease. We do not provide medical advice or instructions for personal use.

By ordering research materials, you confirm that you are at least 18, understand their stated purpose, and have appropriate knowledge and facilities to handle, store and dispose of them safely. You must not purchase for a prohibited use or supply materials to someone you reasonably suspect intends such use. Laboratory supplies must be used in accordance with their specifications and applicable safety requirements.

We may seek clarification about intended use and decline orders where there are reasonable concerns about misuse or unlawful use. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount due unless a legal restriction prevents this.

Products, prices and ordering

Review each listing for format, labelled quantity, specifications and availability. Photographs may illustrate packaging; the product description identifies the goods offered. We will contact you about a material discrepancy before proceeding with an affected order.

The total payable, including delivery and applicable taxes, is shown before payment. Use an available checkout payment method that you are authorised to use. Please contact us promptly if an address or order detail is incorrect. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we will explain it and offer the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or receiving a refund. We do not impose a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 days after payment clears, subject to availability and necessary order checks. UK orders are delivered within 3 days of dispatch. International delivery is estimated at 7–28 calendar days from ordering, including dispatch time.

See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details. Estimates do not remove statutory delivery rights. For consumer orders, responsibility generally remains with us until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

Returns and product issues

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges. For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, contact support@ukpeptidesupplies.com with your order number and details.

Handling and responsibility

Follow the storage and handling information supplied with each product. Keep materials appropriately labelled, secure and protected from contamination. Arrange safe, lawful disposal. We are not responsible for damage caused by inappropriate handling or storage after delivery, except where the law makes us responsible.

Research materials must be used solely for the lawful laboratory research and analytical purposes stated in the product description. They must not be used for human or animal consumption or administration, self-treatment, clinical use, or any other purpose outside their stated intended use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use, handling, storage and disposal comply with the product specifications and applicable law.

We are not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by customers using products outside their stated research purpose, misusing products, administering them to humans or animals, or failing to follow supplied handling, storage or safety information.

Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information or infringe intellectual-property rights. Website content belongs to its owners or licensors. Permission is needed for uses beyond those allowed by law.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. For consumers, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to exercise reasonable care.

Changes and complaints

The terms applicable to your order are those in force when its contract is made. Later updates do not retrospectively change an existing contract. Contact support@ukpeptidesupplies.com with complaints so we can investigate.
